Singapore Airlines (SIA) has announced the availability of an online form for customers to request assistance with booking changes and refunds. This form is specifically designed to facilitate support for passengers whose travel plans have been disrupted.
Mandatory Service for Unaccompanied Minors
SIA also emphasized that Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR) Service is mandatory for minors between the ages of 5 and under 12 years old who are traveling alone or in a group without an accompanying adult. This service ensures the safety and well-being of young travelers during their journey.
Comprehensive Support Platform
In addition to the aforementioned services, SIA provides a comprehensive support form where customers can resolve issues, arrange for special assistance, or make general inquiries. This form allows passengers to request assistance within four working days.
