Combined Russian Offensive Campaign Assessment

Russian forces on April 25 conducted limited ground attacks in eastern Ukraine and continued to strike Ukrainian military and critical infrastructure facilities in northern, western, and southern Ukraine. The Ukrainian military also reported that it had killed several Russian troops in the oblast. The Russian military claimed that it had captured the village of Stanytsia Luhanska on April 24, but the Ukrainian military denied this claim. The shelling of Stanytsia Luhanska is part of a pattern of Russian shelling of Ukrainian villages in the Voronezh Oblast. The Russian military has been shelling Ukrainian villages in the oblast since the beginning of the war, and the shelling has killed and injured many civilians.
